Your successful visit to Bryce's is of course composed of a number of things. Both wonderful fish and seafood cooked well, an excellent choice of wines and of course our staff.

From your first contact by phone or email to the final parting all of our staff have just one thing in mind.

While the kitchen may be considered the power-house, it's certainly the hottest place in the Old School House, the ser entity of the restaurant belies the hard work and attention that our front of house staff lavish on all our diners.

None of this happens by accident and it is the daily support and management by Bill Bryce MCGB that keeps it all together and guarantees an outstanding experience for all our guests.

Please don't forget that gratuities are entirely for staff and at your discretion. Unlike many restaurants we do not add in a fixed percentage for a 'tip'. If you receive good service then naturally our staff appreciate your thought - but equally if you are unhappy for any reason please don't be shy - tell us.
